  • Dr. Kimberlyn Atherton: Dr. Atherton will examine your mouth and create a custom treatment plan for your smile. She received her dental degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Shortly after completing her dental education, Dr. Atherton served as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force for three years. She then served as a dental director for a group dental practice in Detroit for seven years before opening her Blacksburg dentist office in 2000. Dr. Atherton is passionate about dentistry and attends continuing education courses to provide her patients with the best dental advancements available. In her free time, she enjoys working out, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
